Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
During peak periods or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended.
You will receive confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We use reputable third-party carriers.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed, as they depend on carrier operations and customs processing where applicable.
Where required by law, if delivery is not made within the agreed timeframe, customers may be entitled to remedies under applicable consumer protection legislation.
4. Shipping Costs & DDP
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
For orders shipped under Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) terms to the EU, UK, USA, Canada, Israel, and Japan:

are included in the checkout price.
Customers will not be charged additional import fees upon delivery.
5. Tracking & Shipping Protection
Tracking details are provided where available.
Where shipping protection or insurance is offered at checkout, details of coverage will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
Optional shipping protection does not affect your statutory rights in cases where goods are lost, damaged, or not delivered in accordance with consumer law.
6. Risk of Loss
For consumer orders, risk transfers to the customer only upon confirmed delivery of the goods to the address provided.
If a product is lost or damaged before delivery, we will investigate with the carrier and, where required under applicable law, provide a replacement or refund.
Nothing in this section limits your rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe:

Where required by law, we will provide an appropriate remedy, including replacement or refund.
8. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
We are not responsible for delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
If an order is returned due to address errors, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
9. International Shipping Considerations
Delivery times for international orders may be affected by customs processing or local carrier delays.
While we aim to ensure smooth delivery, delays caused by customs authorities or force majeure events are outside our reasonable control.
10. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in this Shipping Policy excludes or limits liability for:

Subject to the above, and to the extent permitted by law, our liability relating to shipping is limited to the purchase price of the affected product.

11. Order Cancellation & Modifications
Orders may be modified or cancelled only before dispatch.
Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled, but may be returned in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Statutory cancellation rights (such as the 14-day withdrawal right in the UK and EU) remain unaffected.
